I had a couple of issues with a front door lock and patio doors. Contacted Paul and arranged for him to visit. He came when he said he would and looked at the issues. Paul explained what steps he needed to take and how much it would cost. During the repairs he explained what and why something was happening. At the end of the job he ran through everything and ensured that I was happy. David
I contacted Paul regarding a broken locking mechanism on a UPVC door, and he arrived at my house within an hour. The broken mechanism was 25 years old and obsolete. He talked me through the options for repair, explaining clearly what each one entailed and what the costs would be. He found a compatible replacement by the same manufacturer, and the locking system was replaced successfully. The cost for this work was very reasonable. Odile
